Your satisfaction in our service and products is very important to us. At anytime you have a problem please contact me so I can help to rectify any problems you may have. We do not accept return or issue refunds on our products unless they are faulty. In most cases faulty products will be replaced however you may request a refund. In some cases to receive a refund you will be required to return the products. Postage cost to return the products is at your expense. If you receive a replacement of a faulty item I will pay the postage to send the replacement. Photos of the problem may be sufficient and the item will not need to be returned but this is at my discretion I must be notified of any problems within 21 days of your purchase. We do not refund for change of mind or an incorrectly placed order. 


Any images used in my products have been used with the permission of the Artist and the purchase of a Commercial  Licence. Any images on this website are protected against Copyright and to illegal download these images with a licence is a breach of this law.
